Under the grant distribution program in favor of Department of Social Services Cancer, Kidney, Liver Cirrhosis, Paralyzed in Stroke, Congenital Heart Disease and thalassemia patients,15 lakh rupees were distributed to 30 patients in Bandarban district. Hon'ble Minister of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mr. Bir Bahadur Ushaising MP was present as the Chief Guest. Mr. Kya Shai Hla, Hon'ble Chairman Bandarban Parbatya Zila Parishad presided over the function. Also present on the occasion were Civil Surgeon, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Revenue, Honorable Members of the District Council, Members of the National Social Welfare Council, Media Journalists.
